RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

Below are details of a basic residential service for each area of your home. Please be aware that we no longer provide make-ready or move-in/move-out cleaning. If you do not see a day/time that you need using the online scheduling option call or text 512-923-1552 for more options.

Kitchen

  • Countertops cleaned and sanitized

  • Cooktop degreased

  • Wash dishes left in sink

  • Sink and faucets cleaned and polished as needed

  • Exterior and interior of microwave cleaned

  • Exterior of refrigerator cleaned

  • Floors swept and mopped

  • Mariposa Cleaning Services will always use the appropriate product for your valuable kitchen surfaces such as granite, marble or stainless steel

  • Take out trash and recycling

 

Living and Dining Areas

  • Dust pictures, lamps and other decorative items

  • Clean and polish tabletops with appropriate product

  • Sweep and mop or vacuum floors

  • Blinds dusted as needed

 

 

 

Bathrooms

  • Remove visible mildew

  • Remove soap and hard water deposits from sinks, bathtubs, showers and shower doors*

  • Polish faucets and other fixtures

  • Toliets cleaned and sanitized

  • Mirrors cleaned

  • Floors swept and mopped

Bedrooms

  • Dust pictures, lamps and other decorative items

  • Clean and polish bedside tables, dressers, and other furniture

  • Spray upholstered services with fabric refresher

  • Sweep and mop or vacuum floors

  • Blinds dusted as needed

  • Change sheets if clean sheets are left on the bed

Special Services $20/each (limit two per appointment)

  • Clean baseboards

  • Clean cabinet doors in kitchen and bathrooms

  • Clean doors and doorframes

  • Dust ceiling fans (no higher than 12 feet)

  • Clean interior windows

  • Organic, all-natural cleaning products

 

Please do not ask our cleaners once on-site for services that are not listed here if those services were not requested in advance. Contact us using the online form or at mariposacleaningtx@gmail.com for any other specialized services beyond the basic clean described above so that we may provide an estimate. Also, please be aware that Mariposa Cleaning Services is not a home organization company. We cannot help clear your clutter, but will gladly refer you to someone who can.

*Severe hard water stains may not be able to be removed by the products our cleaners use.
